I wonder how the St. Louis idiot announcers feel about the ballpark now.

Back to Janish, I hadn't looked at his stats in a while. He was tearing it up earlier in the year. His BA over the last month must be close to .100. He is now down to .237.

You guys are forgetting about Henry Rodriguez, whose promotion to AAA made room for Hamilton at AA and made Janish redundant.

Hamilton has a high number of errors at SS if I recall correctly. There are also still questions about his on-base abilities that he'll have to answer at each level. He has a long way to go before he's in the MLB discussion.

0-2 on freaking Skip Schumaker and throw him a gopher ball. Luckily he has no power, but that still means a double.

Here comes Marshall, so this game is over. Oh well, they got their 1 win yesterday. Cueto is scratched for tomorrow, so that is an L for Homer. Still should be in 2nd place after the Cards leave town.

I think you're mixing up Henry Rodriguez and Didi Gregorious. Henry Rodriguez plays 3B/2B. Didi Gregorious, is the SS who just got promoted to AAA from Pensacola. Gregorious is very good with the glove, but has struggled a bit at the plate. I'd like to see Rodriguez in a Reds uniform sometime in August to give the Reds some switch hitting pop off the bench.

How does a guy like Ondrusek even get to three walks in an inning? I mean, I know he sucks and he's fully capable of walking the entire universe - but isn't two walks reason enough to pull him before he even gets a chance at a third? :smash:

All that matters is who's pitching better right now.

Of course, Dusty believes in the opposite of that, and will give more innings to a guy that is sucking because "we're gonna need him later in the season".
