I wonder how many of those were also with a guy on third. Phillips has no business batting 4th, but this team is so full of suck they have not been able to find a legit cleanup hitter in years.

They need to liven up the game a bit. Maybe a 3 inning shootout instead of 9, a pitch clock (like a shot clock), jackpot rules on pop-flies....
Oh, and most importantly, if you are on 2nd, you can run straight home, but only if both feet hit the pitchers rubber, while in full stride. How you will accomplish that is beyond me, that's why I'm proposing it.
