Reds Tidbits (2011 Season)

How does he hit so well in the MInors? Is the pitching that bad down there or what? Nothing about his approach says Major League player to me.

He reminds me of Dave Parker something fierce. Especially when he's coming out of his shoes and falling down on a whiff.

The problem for me is, it's still a small park, it just plays big for fly balls. It's not like a real big park where there's enough real estate in the outfield for line drives to fall in. Based on everything I've seen so far you can't really play long ball or small ball there. That outfield just sucks the life out of everything - like an Italian soccer team.
