BTW...Yonder Alonso has been playing LF in AAA.

I was wondering why we didn't put one of young guys in the outfield, to potentially see some playing time. I think Gomes is a couple games away from having a slip-and-fall incident that lands him on the DL. Or someone can trip him on his walk of shame back to the dugout. Either one works.

Is it o.k. to be worried about the pitching yet?

I ask because over at t RZ you are a heretical son of a statistically ignorant whore if you try to draw any conclusions before September (they are the enlightened few who understand that fancy sample size concept) so I just wanted to get this boards rules on that before I go on a profanity laced tirade about something I may not actually be seeing.
