Its not the pitching, its the offense only scoring by hitting rally killers and striking out too much. Same reason they have been losing for 10 years now, pitching has nothing to do with it.

Burton's arm is going to fall off by July. He's already appeared in half the Reds games, and he has gotten up to throw in at least two others that I remember.
