Still a little ironic how Martin, Clifford, Saine, Torrence and Oliver are the only ones in the national top 100, but amongst them in the state rankings are Jeremiah, Hines and Herron.

Those Florida rankings are very, very good imo. That is about exactly how I would rank the state of Florida and it seems to have little to no bias against players who leave the state or are leaning that way.

What exactly did Martin do in the AA game that made him a 5*, when he wasn't for the better part of a year? He should've been a 5* the whole time, but it's pretty obvious why they decided to do it now. I guarantee he'd still be a lowly 4* if he was a Buckeye.

And Clifford has a great week of practice and gets 2 picks in the game, yet he's still not a 5*? Look, I know rankings don't matter, but Rivals is blatantly overrating southern kids and kids who played in their stupid 2nd rate all-star game. Saine is a great player, but he's not better than Clifford. What a joke!

Eugene Clifford was one of Rivals top 11 players on the East squad after the game, while Martin was not. It has to have more to do with Martin committing to Tennessee (a southern school that just so happends to be in the same state as Rivals HQ).

It just doesn't make sense to rank Clifford as the better player in SA, yet rank Martin 40 spots higher in the national rankings.
