Donovan Warren would be a huge get, but I don't see it happening with USC and UCLA both offering. Other than that, I have to agree with the list.

I had heard that Aston was strictly wrestling and I did not see him in the spring practices, but wrestling could of still been going on then. Not sure when the actual season starts.

This except from an article dated February 10, 2006 posted in this post in Aston's thread says he was on the football team:

"Aston’s life has been a blur since arriving in Columbus six months ago. He was a football walk-on and served as a scout-team running back. Once the bowl game was over, Aston dived right into wrestling. When wrestling ends, he will begin spring football in hopes of earning playing time as a running back or on special teams next season."

Yeah that says he was suppossed to practice in the spring which he didnt.

That is why I am still unsure.

Like LJB I have left two spots open for guys who could show well at camp like Hubbard, Arnold, Peake, Demetrice Parks, Solomon Thomas, Mabin, etc. I also left one spot open for a kid who has an offer that could be a surprise...Aaron Johnson, Art Evans, Pat Lazaer, Aaron Henry, Donovan Warren, etc.

What Camp has Taught Us

The theory that we were done with RBs with Saine now sleeps with the fishes with the offer to Boom and continued recruitment of Clay before that. I just can't help but think RB when I see the thighs on Saine. Massive. So where does Saine play? Looks like in the slot probably.

New reports are saying 4 OL instead of 3.

Thomas got an offer. I agree with those that say this is less of a result of where we stand with Martin and more because of Thomas' potential. Unless we have a couple current DE's that we see moving inside or across the line I really can't see taking two DEs. But if we can take 20 this time I guess there is room for 2 DEs. Dollar Bill is saying 20 apparently.

I'd look for a Florida guy or two emerging later in the season. It probably won't be the "big" names, more of a sleeper type. The staff seems to be committed to maintaining a presence throughout the state.

Hmm, 20? I don;t htink we have room for that, unless some there are more not returning that we don't know about. Anyways 16-18 most likely:

1. S Nate Oliver
2. WR Brandon Saine
3. CB Donnie Evege

4. CB Devon Torrence
5. RB Dan Herron
6. WR Dane Sanzenbacher
7. WR Taurian Washington (if he gets his offer)
8. OL Nick Claytor
9. OL Evan Blankenship
10. OL Anthony Davis
11. OL Kris O'Dowd
12. DE Ben Martin
13. DT Joseph Barksdale
14. DT Josh Brent
15. DT Antonio Jeremiah
16. S Eugene Clifford
17. DE Solomon Thomas

If not Washington, Cliford at WR and Peake at Safety. If not, Peake doesn't look lie he is getting his offer.
