i can understand where you are coming from, but when he was a buckeye, he played really well. Kind of like Nebraska with Lawrence Phillips

I'm sure not going to argue that he should be at liberty, but I think he needs to be in a hospital rather than prison. I seriously think he'd likely kill himself in prison. He has certainly shown himself to be self-destructive, and his behavior appears schizophrenic to me.

MoC is looking at numerous felony charges for this lastest transgression. Carrying concealed weapons, improper use of firearms in a MV, Fleeing and Eluding, Resisting Arrest... possible Assault on Peace Officer. There's no way he gets bail.
Prison is a foregone conclusion at this point. The only question is "how long?".
I do know some other things about this case that's not being reported. And they do not paint a pretty picture.

Maybe this was Maurice trying to commit suicide? Not sure where the bulletproof vest comes into play with that theory, though.
God only knows where he was headed and what his intentions were.
He had a daughter not too long ago. That's the real tragedy in all of this.
