Hell of a start. Hopefully he purged out the freshman moments today when we could live with it (though I pause in typing that in case Ryan Day reads that).

Way to battle back from the mental errors and ball out kid.

He needs to play. The narrative that he’s going to “force himself on the field looks to hold true.”

I’d imagine those swing and flare routes are a really simple and nice way to acclimate him o the passing game.

If the secondary drops back and doesn’t sit in a zone, fling him the ball for an easy 5-8 yards. You can eat teams alive all night with the commitment they’re going to have to make against Smith and McCuin.
