IIRC, it was right after that draft when Zeke was already out of school. Still, Goodell has punished players for their pre-NFL actions before (see Terrell Pryor).

Fuck the NFL and Goodell it's embarrassing what they did to Zeke. I wouldnt doubt zeke did something he shouldn't have done but the way Roger handled this is a joke and I wish he could be held accountable.

The fact that the ONLY person to interview the suspected ex GF (who was a women) said the witness wasn't credible and no penalty should be assessed should've been Rogers cue to fuck off.

As I said, I wouldnt doubt zeke is guilty of doing something but that's not up for Roger to decide. Roger should've just shut up and went with the line of "law enforcement found the victim not credible and have not pressed charges". He would have been fine and would have had the support of the public.

I hope he gets sued, loses all his money which he doesn't deserve and I hope someone fucks with his gay porn collection that's in ABC order to torture him.

Good for zeke because this was such a crock of bull shit.

Yes, Zeke was railroaded by the NFL system. But the NFL has pretty broad authority to handle disciplinary matters the way they want to within the CBA. I doubt that an outside court will ultimately be able to change the punishment, they are only delaying it for a while.

Exactly. The court is just delaying the inevitable. If they take authority over this case, players will be taking every ruling to court. That can't happen.

Brady also played a full year before his suspension was instilled so Zeke will serve his 6 one way or another.

I agree Zeke needed a wake up call and I'm hoping he's still getting one. But the NFL's decision to suspend him 6 games for "domestic violence" was over the top, given the evidence. A 1-2 game suspension for conduct unbecoming of a professional would've been far more warranted, and I wouldn't have had a complaint about that.

Ezekiel Elliott hasn't been quite as dominant this season as his rookie year and was even held in check most of Sunday afternoon's game against Green Bay, but he was huge for the Cowboys down the stretch.

At times, the Packers seemed to know exactly what was coming, but still had no answer for Elliott or the underneath passing game. The Cowboys picked up first down after first down, including a crucial fourth-down conversion where Elliott was initially ruled short, but was given the first down after further review.

Well maybe, just maybe, if the NFL didn't try to punish players who did absolutely nothing wrong then this court shit wouldn't happen in this first place.
