Fair. But this is his first HC job, right? It makes sense he wouldn't have immediate success at a lower tier program. That's why coaches should have to prove themselves and gain that experience before getting the keys to a program like tOSU, unlike what happened with Day

Yes but if you are getting rid of Day I would prefer more seasoning for him to prove it's not a 1 year thing and prove it at another bigger school as well. Though it may not be possible if the move is in the next few years

Idk if waiting that long is possible in this day and age. If Urban were just about to end his BG stint today, pretty sure there are more than a couple big boys that grab him before he has to go to Utah
