Name the freshman running back who had the biggest impact on his team winning a national championship in the last 13 years. My gut says it's Maurice Clarett. While Clarett was a special "effort" guy in between the tackles and played smart, Jim Tressel-like football on the field, he was never going to be a guy who went No. 1 in the draft. But Wells very well could go that high. He has size, speed, toughness and seems to have his life in order off the field, too. His strong running style complements that of outside-runner Antonio Pittman, the Buckeyes' returning 1,000-yard rusher. Watch the Sept. 9 game against Texas in Austin. It could be the unveiling of the next great Ohio State running back.</TD></TR><TR><TD style="PADDING-RIGHT: 4px; PADDING-LEFT: 4px; PADDING-BOTTOM: 4px; PADDING-TOP: 4px" bgColor=#ebe6e3></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
