From AMP...Chris is up for the Best Run by a RB video highlight of the pre-evaluation period. The other nominees are James Aldridge, C.J. Spiller, LeSean McCoy and C.J. Gable.

Make sure you go and vote for Beanie...Aldridge is out to a sizable lead (NDCHIEF and the other Domers must be voting en mass).

These two future Buckeyes, Chris Wells and Ross Homan, can only dream of their number at Ohio State being retired some day like the six that are already retired above them in the picture.

Man he just keeps getting bigger and bigger. I would love to see his updated height and weight. If Homan is 6'1'', than CW must be 6'2" and he looks much bigger than in February when he said he weighed 228. He's probably 6'2" 235. He is an absolute tank. Is there anyway he can skip his senior year and just come to camp now?:)

does chris remind anyone else of maurice clarett in a way??? obviously he is a little bigger and faster... but he's a cutback runner, a lot like clarett was at ohio state. a lot like eddie was too when he was still doin his thing. we could have the next GREAT ohio state back in line here. is it true that he ran a 10.8 100m dash too? that's freddie lenix speed, pretty quick for a big guy weighing around 230 lbs.

when he was in 10th grade he ran a 10.7 at the ellet orangemen invitational . I saw it. Then he was 215 now he's 235 .The kid is faster now.

On the garfield track team there is a kid named spruell that is the best sprinter on the team with his 10.9 to 11.4 so far and Wells can still smoke him.

So I Love his size but, even better he has gotten faster

having seen both i would say no. clarett has better tailback skills, wells is more athletic.

eddie george and jerry westbrooks were of similar size and speed only westbrooks was the better all around athlete it seemed. we know how that one turned out.

no doubt wells is a special talent, what remains to be seen is where that talent is utilized.

i meant reminds you of clarett in his running style. after watching the wells videos, it seems to me that he is a big cutback runner who can run over people when necessary... much like clarett. clarett was too a cutback runner in high school and at ohio state.
