RB Brionte Dunn, 6-1, 215, Canton (Ohio) GlenOak: Another five-star prospect, Dunn is the No. 29-ranked player in the country. His recruitment is also a bit up in the air, though, as he has visited Michigan since giving his Ohio State commitment in September and admitted publicly that he is concerned about potential NCAA sanctions facing OSU.

However, he told BuckeyeSports.com?s Adam Jardy that he is sticking with Ohio State for the time being.

?It?s hard,? he said. ?I really liked (Tressel). It?s hard to see him leave. ? I?m just waiting for more information. I?m going to wait until August and see where they will be at as far as coaching-wise and see if they?re going to miss any bowl games.?

Dunn rumor

There are some rumors on OSU and UofM boards that Dunn has decommited and I usually come to this board for confirmation, but I didn't see anything...TomVH, who reports for Mgoblog has talked to his father and is reporting that Dunn is still commited and will be in Columbus Thursday or Friday. Does anyone know for sure which information is correct?

Bill also guessed that the UM offer to Alden Hill as a "combo back" likely means they likely think they (UM staff) aren't getting Dunn...

Thank God, I can only take so much of this at one time. I can't wait for the season to start. I would love to see Hoke's career coaching record of 47-50 get worse this year.

According to the NCAA APR ratings UM does the worst job in the entire Big Ten of seeing to it these kids get an education and graduate.

ND...Dunn has NOT decommitted despite what your insiders might be telling you. Further, UM is only getting Dunn unless OSU gets HAMMERED by the NCAA. If people step back and look at the actual NOA and the circumstances surround OSU it becomes very clear that we are nowhere near USC level violations.

From there all I can provide to quell the rumors is the following, from today:

@BillBankGreene: Dionte talking to Derrick Green's parents. Brionte seems all in for OSU.

Derrick Green is a HS junior RB prospect at OSU's camp.

How nice would it be if Dunn turned out to be the new 'leader' of this class. Obviously the last self-proclaimed 'leader' may indeed end up leading him to tsun, but who's counting:). All kidding aside, he seems to be genuine in his confliction and I guess I can't wrong him for making sure.
