I posted this in the game thread, but that's about to be shuffled off to the reference locker. On Pittman's TD run where he ran right through the guy, watch Doug Datish (#50). After he bumps the DE to make sure he doesn't get outside quickly, he goes after a linebacker. He contacts him on about the 13 yard line. When Pittman is crossing the goal line, Datish is completing a pancake on the guy 2 yards ahead at the side of the end zone, after shoving the guy for 15 yards. A thing of beauty.
Also keep an eye on Santonio down in the left corner of the screen. He gets on the DB and stays with him the whole play, driving him out of bounds...he took the DB completely out of the play. The blocking on the play across the board was exceptional.
How the hell did Coefield, a defensive tackle, get player off the game from the Wildcats when he gashed them for 300 yards???
Sucking it Up: Sophomore running back Antonio Pittman has been a vital cog in OSU's offensive renaissance this season. Pittman became just the third Buckeye sophomore to go over 1,000 yards, joining Archie Griffin and Keith Byars as OSU rushers to do so as sophs. In the second quarter against the Wildcats, however, Pittman left the field on a cart, sending a collective panic attack through the crowd. It turned out that Pittman's problem was painful, but not serious.

"I just had a back spasm, that's all," said Pittman.
Pittman returned to the field to run effectively. His treatment for the spasms in the locker room was very basic.
"Just a massage," said Pittman.
Pittman said not returning to the game on senior day was not an option.
"I've got. to give it all I've got because this is their (seniors) last go-round. My senior year I hope someone will go all-out for me.
"I feel that if it's not hurting too bad you can get out there and play. If it's not broke, play on it," Pittman said.
Pittman, from Akron, Ohio, dueled with Northwestern freshman Tyrell Sutton in game. Sutton is also from Akron. Pittman went for 134 net yards in the OSU win while Sutton netted 93 yards in defeat. Pittman, who is friendly with Sutton, looked him up on the field after the game.
"We're friends and we go back a long way," said Pittman.
"I told him to keep his head up. He's got one more game left and a bowl game and to just keep on running," Pittman said.
Antonio Pittman has been my favorite offensive player this year and he has a bright future.
