I've seen that before - places sometimes charge the cover charge to the food bill when there is a live entertainment in the house.

I've seen that before - places sometimes charge the cover charge to the food bill when there is a live entertainment in the house.

It looks like he also had to pay 18% tip. I assume that's the "Service Charge". And that was added after the cover charge. So the server got an extra $3.60 for the fact that there was a live band.
