QB/WR Terrelle Pryor ('10 Rose, '11 Sugar MVP)

Man, it's crazy to say but you can feel a groundswell about some of these freshmen. Posey, Pryor, Thomas...........not to mention the line. These guys are going to take the offense to a whole new level. They have "it". It's no coincidence that we are landing the cream of the crop RB for next year.

This group of Freshman could very well be the next "Super Sophs" IMO :P

...okay I know thats a little unrealistic comparison given how great the original Super Sophs were...but it doesn't hurt to wonder!

RENEE SAUER | DISPATCH

Terrelle Pryor entered the interview room after Ohio State obliterated Youngstown State and changed the script by squeezing into a seat between Ohio State's senior captains, making for a tight and uncomfortable situation. Some suggested it was a case of Pryor, a freshman, not knowing his place. I would argue the fluid quarterback knew exactly, and properly, where he belonged. In the middle of the action.
The focus this week is on whether Chris "Beanie" Wells and his sore foot will play against Ohio University. The more important question is how much Pryor will play against the Bobcats? Answer: the more the better.
Pryor took 20 snaps in his college debut against Youngstown State. He needs to take at least 30 against OU, not because the Buckeyes require his services to defeat the Bobcats but because they need him to be as comfortable as possible in two weeks against Southern California.
Beanie or no Beanie, Ohio State loses that game without a well-prepared Pryor. The USC defense is too fast and physical for the Buckeyes to hand the ball to Todd Boeckman and say, "Go beat 'em." Ohio State needs to mix things up, and not simply in the token sense of putting Pryor on the field for a play here and a play there, the way Florida used Tim Tebow two seasons ago. Jim Tressel must keep USC coach Pete Carroll guessing, which means Pryor needs to be a big part of the game plan.

I found it interesting that in the Ozone article today, JT essentially stated that TP was the #2 QB and if Todd was injured, TP would be the one to come in. Granted Pryor was the 2nd QB in the game this past Saturday, but I looked at that as situational and a desire to just allow him to get some quality game experience. I didn't look at that as saying Pryor is the 2nd QB, but my observations/thoughts were apparently misguided.
