QB/WR Braxton Miller (B1G POY, National Champion, OSU HOF)

Damnation.

I woke up this morning and my wife tells me about the injury. She doesn't like football. I thought she was messing with me.

I have a feeling we have seen the last of Brax in a Buckeye uniform. Hope I'm wrong.

We are about to find out what life without KG is like. Tear it up JT! I just wish he wasn't standing behind a green O line. Oh well, you play the hand you are dealt.

Sometimes after any type of surgery on a joint you'll have scar tissue pop loose which can cause some discomfort and make some noise - this might be the best case scenario.

Yeah, this is essentially what I'm hoping. Since we're all giving personal medical histories, I've been there, and the first time, its pretty scary. (I've also had kind of a sore partial separation/collar bone shoulder blade thing get a little out of place and that'll pop back in pretty surprisingly too - and actually I still get that separation from swimming, and you know how I "put it back?" Playing fetch with the dog, some nice long toss, pop, pop, pop, all better)

Having said that, I think we're at the point where its either one of those things... or, its just gonna be indeed, season threatening.

I guess I truly am the eternal optimist. Whether it is Braxton possibly playing a partial season, misses the season and comes back next year or he has played his last Buckeye game and JT steps up and impresses something tells me this will be OK. More than anything I hope Brax can handle it mentally and I wish the best for him physically. The team will survive. Hold your heads high Buckeye fans. We have excellent coaches and a stacked roster of talented players at all positions. This obviously is a huge issue currently but I'm just not in the total gloom and doom camp yet.

Yea I'd take it with a grain of salt for now. Wouldn't surprise me if it's true since there are quite a few people saying that, but Gil Brandt wouldn't be at the top of my list for people to trust with Ohio State Football news.

ULM won two crystal balls with two different QBs at the helm. Big loss when he was such a productive player for you guys, but I think coach's got it covered.
