I had a cousin who graduated at OSU back in 2016 (summa cum laude I believe) and he graduated in 2.5 years.

A lot of kids these days are knocking out college credits starting in the 7th grade. It's absolutely possible.

Seems to me that the call is stay and graduate if that's a possibility in the spring and, if not, go ahead and leave and get started somewhere else. I've read that Miami would make sense if it's the latter as Hurts will be a 2019 grad transfer with one year left and Tate could start there in 2020.

r/CFB is the college football forum on Reddit, which is the largest forums on the internet.

The forums are referred to as sub-reddits, and the URL is always the sub, so the address would be reddit.com/r/cfb

There is a sub Reddit for pretty much everything you can imagine, and many things that you would never imagine, nor would you want to. Rule 34 applies.

I have no real knowledge of the situation, but is it possible Tathan didn't feel he was getting enough love because all of the attention was going to the New Kid In Town so he put his name into the portal hoping to get more love at home (Please don't leave, we can't survive next year without you)? If so, it appears that strategy may have backfired. Again, pure conjecture. (Although I did talk to a guy at the gas station who has a cousin who overheard a conversation on campus by someone he thinks looks like Tathan).

I wonder if he could try to leverage the Zach Smith disaster into a hardship waiver. I could see him and and an attorney getting creative with the impact it all had on him, and the realization that a coach close to him is a potential wife beater.

Did you just stick your fingers in your ears through the summer and say to yourself "wow, coach Meyer's cheeks sure got rosy all of a sudden. And damn he looks a lot younger all of a sudden."
