QB Luke Fahey (Official Thread)

The point is that he didn’t look like and we shouldn’t be in the position where he had to be the next man up. I’m not suggesting that he should’ve come in and thrown three touchdowns. My point was that he didn’t look like he belonged out there. That’s the problem.

If he extrapolates those stats as a starter, I think we'll be just fine. LOL

If he completes 60% of his passes but adds an element with this feet that allows him to escape big hits and buy some time for the receivers, he'll be more than fine and if our Defense stays healthy, we still have everything to play for.

That did not look like he’s the guy.

It was a borderline impossible situation and essentially the worst time imaginable.

I know you need to prep the entire room in general but that was l100% the last way you’d ever want him to see the field.

I’ll give that a pass for now. I’m really hoping Smith can effectively simulate pressure for him and they take more of an intermediate approach for quick throws, it can’t be that hard to do.

My big worry is him being small and that screen bouncing off his own OL’s helmet. That is concerning.

What’s more concerning is TSC couldn’t beat him out with more time in the program and having more physical talent but whatever, we are where we are.

I am going off the rails
