QB Luke Fahey (Official Thread)

Must be rececy bias why everyone is afraid of Fahey. In that position, in that have against that team, he did what was needed. In fact Sayins sack was s loss of 16 yards. What did Like do? He comes in, avoids the rush, runs for 10+ yards and draws the personal foul abs automatic first down. Now his throws following won't elicit dreams if Dan Marino but he threw them safe. His biggest job was not to turn the ball over abs he didn't risk it.

Go back and watch the earlier games where he got to play. He had ZERO balls hit the ground. The 2 INTS he threw: one bounced off our guys chest straight up in the air and INT. No t his fault and a good throw. The second was a Hail Mary type ball in long yardage, good as a punt basically no harm done. He's mobile but more importantly, active in the pocket and pretty accurate on the move.

If he just goes and plays without over thinking or getting too amped up, he'll be more than fine. Check out the highlight of the 75 yard throw for a TD in high school. That's 70 in the air. He can sling it so dont fret boys and girls.

Maybe a bit - but a lot of it is this fanbase isn't satisfied no matter WHO is the QB. It's a literal never-ending cycle of pessimism, sarcasm and in some cases outright stupidity.

And it's quite likely some of the ones making the most noise about Fahey now were the ones wishing Sayin would be benched leading up to and within the Indiana game.

Some irony in that QB pessimism as well, considering none of Troy Smith, Braxton Miller, Justin Fields, and CJ Stroud (easily the 4 best QBs OSU has had in the 21st century) ever won a title as a starter, but Krenzel, Cardale, and Howard did.

I'm still rooting for Kern to be benched and Maciejowski given a chance.

Actually I just wanted to hear "Maciejowski to Jankowski" on the radio.
