I just watched a replay of the Spring game and saw that Kenny took a helmet to the knee with about 30 seconds left in the game. Everything ok? I thought he had a strong showing in that game and hope all is well.

I think that is addressed earlier in this thread. The crux is that it looked worse than it was, he was just shocked that it happened, and felt fine afterwards.

COLUMBUS ? Two years ago when Ohio State completed their recruiting class by signing a skinny quarterback from Eisenhower High School in Houston, Texas, casual and die-hard Buckeye fans alike seemed to ask the same question: Who is Kenny Guiton?

Today most OSU fans could probably tell you that Guiton is a backup quarterback to Heisman Trophy hopeful Terrelle Pryor. They might even be able to add that he wears No.13 and had a very impressive spring game, rallying his team in the fourth quarter and throwing the game-winning touchdown pass.

But the question that perplexed the Buckeye faithful two years ago still remains: Who is Kenny Guiton?

Kenny Guiton's end zone celebration

The Buckeyes used the blowout to get several players into a game for the first time, including senior tight end Ricky Crawford, who said before the season his goal for the year was to finally get on the field.

The Buckeyes also got their backup quarterbacks into the game, and second-stringer Joe Bauserman threw his first career touchdown pass to Jordan Hall. Third-string quarterback Kenny Guiton scored his first career points on a 15-yard TD run but drew a post-game admonishment from Tressel for dropping the ball in the end zone instead of handing it to the official.

Tressel said Guiton "lost his mind."

"I've already been told by plenty of coaches," Guiton said after the game. "I told them it was my first time, so please excuse me."

So the redshirt freshman maybe deserves a break on this one.

"Right now, getting in the end zone is a real big deal," Guiton said. "Me and the center Scott Sika always talk about what we want to do. I try to leave my best out there and let them know I do want to get to the end zone."

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Ohio State backup quarterback Kenny Guiton allegedly visited the same business that is at the center of an NCAA investigation involving players exchanging their memorabilia for tattoos.

Until this point, Guiton's name has never been associated with the tattoo shop at the center of suspensions for six of his teammates, but 10 Investigates obtained a photo of Guiton, who was allegedly there in December.

A woman who spoke with 10 Investigates last week said that while she was at Fine Line Ink tattoos on Dec. 7, several Buckeyes were there, including Guiton, who she photographed in the tattoo chair.
