QB Justin Fields (2019-20 B1G Off POY, 2020 Silver Football, 2019 B1G CCG MVP, Pittsburgh Steelers)

Am I the only one who sees this as a favorable situation for Fields?!

Fields can still learn and improve by watching a veteran operate. I don't wish him bad but Russ most likely won't last the whole season. An improved and rested Fields may take the team further than expected.
The only thing I see that Wilson has over JF is his ability to throw with a little more air/touch. I’m really surprised that in his time in the NFL no QB coach has helped JF get better here.

Does Russ have more experience sure, but it won’t be long before he tries to over extend a play and gets cooked.

I mean, really? He was in Chicago… that is not place to go to learn touch.
