I had a job while in school at OSU. Boss was from the Cincy area. He fired me three times in one day. One was because I showed up to work in an Indians hat, don't remember the second, but third was saying Skyline was terrible.

In Athens, Gold star would have been your option for that kind of thing, too... so.. .maybe that's what he meant.

Meh, I think he was just comparing it to Gold Star. I’m sure, on the whole, he loves Skyline.
Me, I’m Skyline > Gold Star... but I’ll eat the fuck out of a Gold Star five-way and a couple of cheese conys if there’s no Skyline around.

I’ve not been back to Athens in a long time. I thought that I heard that they closed the Gold Star. I think that I heard that they closed the Skyline in BG too.
People just don’t get it.

I've come to like the Skyline coneys, but I never could wrap my head around the spaghetti thing. Imagine a kid from Nevada going down for dinner the first time they were serving it in the dining hall and seeing them slopping chili on top of spaghetti.

I live in SE Ohio and am often in Athens. Gold Star closed several years ago.
I've seen and heard so much about Burrow the last few months, I actually dreamt about him last night: I was in a New Orleans restaurant with my 20 yr old daughter. Joe came in and got mobbed, but he brushed everyone off and sat with us, because he recognized my daughter from Athens High School (in RL, they were there at the same time, but not same grade, and she didn't know him). I left to go to the bathroom and came back and Joe and my daughter were gone. Some friends of his said she would be home safe and not to worry. One sighed, "Joe gets all the girls."
Then I woke up.
I am so damn overexposed to Burrows hype, my dreams are giving me fake reasons to want to throttle him.

I doubt it, only because he'll be sitting either the entire second half or at least the fourth quarter for almost half our games.
