ScriptOhio;2235075; said:Yeah, you are correct; all the remaining games got a lot more scary. However, I'd still rather have 7 debacle, close, and/or under achieving games and be 7-0, than six blowouts and be 6-1. etc.

Naturally, I'm working until 5, so it'll be time to turn off the phone, DVR the game, and don't talk to anyone.
Regarding predictions, I'm with Grad on this one. Smackdown. Purdue [censored]ing sucks.
Besides a 2 minute stretch, OSU handled IU. The defense certainly isn't special or great, but they were playing well enough to keep IU down 18...then they completely lost their focus/interest/motivation. I don't see that happening again.
EDIT: I know, this d has had other terrible games. But, looking at the Cal game, the defense was terrible from start to finish. The IU game was different, as the defense played reasonably well (Especially considering the [censored]ing officials taking away a clear INT) even with being held every play, up until the final 2 minutes.

Pink out Purdue on Oct. 20
As a part of Breast Cancer Awareness month Ohio Stadium will go pink for the Buckeye football game against Purdue on Oct. 20.
Fans are encouraged to wear pink Buckeye gear to the game, and to "pink-out" their tailgates by stocking up on pink food items and decorations. Fans arriving early at the game will receive a free pink rally towel while supplies last.
The Buckeyes Go Pink effort is being sponsored by The James, The Stefanie Spielman Fund for Breast Cancer Research, and Kroger.

I understand it's for a good cause, and one that's close to Ohio State with The James and Stephanie Spielman and whatnot...but there shouldn't even BE pink Buckeye gear. The same way there shouldn't be blue or green or orange or yellow Buckeye gear. God I hate pink sport gear...if you're a fan of the team...wear the colors.Fans are encouraged to wear pink Buckeye gear to the game

You may already know, as you get older, hangovers become harder to cope with in the morning.
