I'm also not a bit fan of just sitting back and letting the opposing team drain a game-winner on your head with like 2 seconds to play. I'd pressure the ball--maybe you get a steal, maybe a turnover, maybe the offense goes faster than it wants to, and you get the ball back a bit earlier (assuming they make the shot). But doing what OSU did--sitting back and letting them take their game--gives you about zero chance to win or tie if they hit the shot at the end (which they did here).
They've given up a astronomical amount of horribly wide open 3s this season. It happens but these guys seem to let it up more than normal.
