Looks like this is the list of eligible teams/rosters that can be chosen in my dynasty. I can only assume that Arkansas State will be added once they get all of the A's on the list. Looks like Piney will be able to have Ohio.

Missing 9 teams from the list:

Air Force
Akron
Alabama
Arizona
Arizona St
Arkansas
Arkansas St
Wyoming

But now for some interesting tidbits.

27 teams rated B+ or better (safe to assume Alabama is an 'A', so that would be 28 teams)

Will be interesting to see where Arizona, Arizona St & Arkansas are rated cuz they can be in that B+ thru B- range.

17 teams are rated at B. So hard to cut all of those teams out cuz that would be 44/45+ teams.

So looks like right now the cut off will be B+ or better to be off limits. And then we will be hand picking the high prestige teams rated at 'B' to be offlimits.

Just with the first look I would think these teams rated at 'B' would be offlimits

Auburn
Cal
Tennessee
Michigan
Notre Dame
Utah/BYU?
Texas Tech (due to their A- offense)
Cincinnati (due to their A- offense)

Those 9 plus 28 would be 37 teams off limits? Too many?

Any thoughts?

Just to piggy back this post from earlier.

I would probably go with 5 star prestige as the dis-qualifier. But we won't know that til the game comes out.

Plus, as a reminder we normally don't draft til after the game comes out. Since we have to wait for rosters anyway, that will give guys some time to check out teams before we draft.

NCAA 2011 is an American football game played on the Playstation Three console. You use a joystick and buttons to control your on screen mini person. Piney and IronBuckI are two posters on a website forum dedicated to Ohio State Buckeye football, basketball, and other sports (it even has the occasional SEC fans stop by and give their opinion). Said posters will act as commissioner (organizer) to lay the rules for us. We will choose which team to choose based on a random order. The teams we choose will be limited based on certain criteria (bottom 20 or so for IBI and B/B+ rated teams or lower for Piney).

Next week we discuss the information superhighway in more detail.
