Problems with the search function

Sorry if I've missed any discussion on this issue or if this is somehow attributable to user error, but I've been having lots of problems with the search function since the new roll out. For instance, I just ran a search for "Braxton" (no quotation marks) and indicated that I wanted to search only thread titles. I got three results, including a result for a thread about Braxton Miller v. Devin Gardner and Braxton Berrios' thread, but Braxton Miller's thread was not returned in the search results. This has been a constant problem for me since the new site was launched. My thread title searches rarely return results for the thread I'm searching for, and often return zero results. Anyone else having problems with the search function?

No worries, it's a known issue. We had some issues during the migration and search has not been working. I've been pointing people to Google (something like "site:buckeyeplanet.com Braxton") as a suitable alternative.

The good news is I think we're going to tackle the substantial server-side software upgrades needed early next week, and I should be able to bring our own standalone search engine online shortly thereafter.

I'm sure this is not news, but I seem to still be experiencing little luck with the search function. I presume I should just stick with Clarity's search suggestion but just wanted to confirm this is still an issue.

I knew when it couldn't find "Weis", as in Cheeseburger Charlie, something was wrong. How could anyone (or anything) miss him?

I do not use the search function that much but I did not know that you could search individual threads. The only search function that I see is the Search Forum at the top of the page. @Clarity I guess the only reason that I am posting this is because when you get around to correcting the problem I would like to know if you can search individual threads like we were able to do on the old site. Thank you.
