Predictions for The Game Tonight (Other than the Score)

I love s**t like this!

#1. designed running plays for Troy. All season long we have set this up by not running him much. I mean, we won't run the wishbone but I predict 6 or 7 designed runs for TS. Possibly even the quick snap straight ahead behind Datish out of the spread.

2. Maurice Wells gets a big run or two, decides to come back next year.

3. one stupid-ass turnover by us.

4. 3 turnovers by the Crocs

5. At least one series for Zwick (victory formation!)

Go Bucks! Let's get this game ON!

Great post, these sound great (except for #3 of course). Damn, only 4 hours to go!!!!!!

1. Tressel will be referred to as "Senator" by one of the commentators.

2. At least one Troy Smith pass will be "thrown on a rope"... whatever that means.

3. It will be acknowledged that Ginn "can fly", and it will be argued that Gonzo might actually be even faster.

4. Even though he won't be announcing on FOX, we'll hear Brent Musberger's excitedly shout "folks" all the way from Glendale.

1. Smith hits Gonzo on a deep post early a la the 2004 Shazor torching.

2. On a 2d or 3d and short, OSU hurries to the line and play actions a la the 2006 UM game, but instead of bombing to Ginn Smith throws a left to right slant/square in/drag to Roy Hall, who was lined up as a TE on the left side of a tight formation.

3. Tebow throws left from an option right play.

2. Pittman and Beanie combine for 180 yards rushing
3. Ginn gets a 50+ yard TD pass
4. Leak throws 2 INT's
5. Laurinitis is the receiver of one of the two picks

Interesting point, because I was thinking about this during the other bowl games the last week.

As good as JT is as preparing the team for big games, and as clutch as TS is in those games, it seems to me that we sometimes fail to really put games away like we should.

We should have beaten Michigan by at least 10, PSU by 30, and ND (last year) by 50 points or so... considering how we physically and statistically dominated these games. It just seems like too often that we've had turnovers on what would have otherwise been scoring drives to put these teams away.

That said, I don't see that happening tonight. GO BUCKS!!!
