Braxton...Cardale has been ummmm entertaining this summer but I think Urban is about the 'GRIND'. Urban won't tip his hand unless his choice leaves no doubt during fall camp.

I'm not prepared to make a prediction, but I get the feeling people are underestimating Miller's recovery, work ethic, leadership, and quarterbacking skills in a similar manner to how they underestimated his loyalty.

I'm positive he will start in the opener. I'm not confident that he'll be the true starting QB overall.
I think you can maintain most of his explosiveness as an H-back that rotates in at QB, leaving the defense unable to substitute in advance.

I know I voted Jones but after watching the Bama/Oregon games again, I had forgot about how many mistakes and errant passes he had. I am not disparaging Jones, he was integral in winning us a title but he has a lot of room to improve to become our starter. All of these errors can be fixed fairly easily but Barrett was pretty far ahead of Jones in both accuracy and decision making last year. What makes this debate fun is that I could probably step in and run our offense efficiently with all of our talent.

That's the thing that makes me lean to JT or Jones being the starter. Miller is good enough that he can find his way onto the field in other ways. if he is the starting QB the other 2 only see mop up time. Would the offense be at its best with JT or Jones playing QB and Miller making plays all over the field? I think it might. It would probably also be in Miller's best interest to get experience at something other than QB since I think he'll have an even harder time in the NFL than Pryor so a year head start as a Slash would be good for him. Maybe instead of hand signals they can rotate QB's every play. Now that would mind fuck a defense.
