The promotion is for Sargeant, you dont salute enlisted members in the army, but feel free to bow at my feet. Also, this doesnt actually make me a sargeant yet, it just means I am approved to be a Sargeant and gives me 149 more promotion points. To which I now have 650. 800 is max, what number you need to actually become a sargeant depend on what your job is, and they flucuate over time. Because of what I do, I currently need 798 points to be promoted, but that will likely drop to 702/705 in Febuary or so. Basically, I need to get those other points ASAP because the number will only stay that low for a couple months.
(Oddly enough, other jobs such as cook, infantry, tanker, fueler, ect ect. tend to only need 350 to 500 points. So because I have a more difficult job[not claiming infantry or tanker isnt difficult. I dont want their job], I have a harder time getting promoted.)
