Police/Legal Blotter (stop breaking the law, asshole!)

Never been to the UT boards so I thought I would check them out. Honest to God, this is the first post from the first thread I saw:

We forget these are freshman. They are 18 year olds on there own for the first time and with a whole bunch of other 18 year olds. They do stupid things. Not condoning what they did and they are definitely immature for their age. But this happens at every college. But since we are a football program in the national media (good and bad) it gets blown out of proportion.

Armed robbery with semi automatic weapons is just a stupid thing college kids do.

I know someone who would put down $100 towards their $19,500 bond, provided none of them have tattoos.

Wow. Who would have thought that the same guy who went after Bryce Brown would recruit kids who could get in trouble. With his intense screening process and character above all else attitude I just can't believe this would happen to Kiffin.

I mean, he only recruited 15 kids in his first three months on the job, so you know he is doing due dilligence.

All three of these kids had offers from other big-name schools. Sometimes you really can't see these things coming.
