I'm going to say this in no uncertain terms. Fuck everyone that doesn't want us to be in the playoffs and that includes our own fans. I was there to see us lose to the team we hate and in that reactionary moment, I was in the whole "we don't deserve to be there" crowd because I needed time to grief. A good night's sleep and sobriety brought me to my senses, that being that we know how freaking talented this team is and with a month of preparation, I seriously believe we can beat anyone. I hate losing The Game in the Shoe and I hope that never happens again. But to anyone who doesn't want a shot at redemption and a shot to play *ichigan again, I will kindly show you the door. We play the game for a reason and the reason is to win a championship. That is a possibility if we rise to the occasion even if we can't hit every goal that's on our annual list. So get all your belly aching out of the way or just fucking disappear, let's Go Bucks!

I know I'm supposed to be hyped up, but I lack the emotion to invest in this particular playoff.

- Didn't win the conference
- Didn't win The Game

Yet we're possibly being graced with a playoff rematch?

I'm almost half his age, but count me in with Urban - I'm a traditionalist and this just doesn't feel right. Not only for us, but any other team for that matter.
Alabama/Georgia won a title in this fashion, so I don't give a shit.

Hey, tOSU might just possibly get a rematch with Xichigan. IF that were to happen, it would be with one of the best teams tOSU has fielded for a long time. We're losing a ton of talent to NFL/graduation this year, so it's last gasp. Would think that any competitive player would welcome the chance. Certainly tOSU would be looking 'up' at the wolverweenies, but I'd certainly look forward to the chance to do better. Can't believe the players wouldn't as well. If CJ was considering sitting out a bowl game, I'd bet vcash that he's reconsider this puppy. Remember, we don't make the rules, this national championship committee does. IF they follow their established protocols, then tOSU is in. If not, then who's to know. IMHO, Bama has less chance to be hopeful than tOSU does, but maybe ESPN/SEC throws their weight around here. Hope not. Go Bucks!

With the 2021/22 Rose Bowl being a consolation prize, if you think about it we’ve only played 2 championship level games in the past 2 seasons, which are the 2 losses to TTUN. In the first meeting we were over confident and not inspired enough. In the second meeting we were overhyped and not in control. I trust the coaches to find the middle in terms of emotion and preparation. IF they do find that in the next month, we have as much talent and playoff experience as any team in the country.

In addition to Utah we owe a solid to another team.
South Carolina.
The week before the Michigan game they took out Tennessee. I didn’t pay much attention because I wouldn’t allow myself to think of needing that to matter.
Then last week they won at Clemson. I was so distraught I don’t think I noticed until Sunday.
The Cocks weren’t very good this year but we are in debt to them.

Is there any chance JSN will be back or is he out for season ? I think everyone forgets who great this guy is. Out of sight out of mind. Having him and Harrison would be unstopable.
He might be out but you know he's going to try to give it a go at least in practice. I'd have him do nothing for 2 weeks to give him 3 weeks of pure rest then give it a go the last 2 weeks

Well as of this moment, they draw Georgia as the #4 seed. Thanks, Utah. We know how tough they are.

After our last game, the last thing I'm thinking of is smack talk.
I don’t think they should or are smack talking. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Georgia smack talking, and that would be fine by me. I think it is good to see us come in as a dog. Might wake them up and play like they have nothing to loose ala ‘14.

At the same time the ttun game actually gave me some confidence in Ohio state. We saw that they could manhandle ttun at almost every phase of the game. If everyone is relaxed and Day unpuckers his butthole, we win that game going away.

I have completely lost confidence in our corners though. They were terrible, but even with how bad they played if our offense didn’t go complete trash then we still win that game by double digits. We were in a 1 score game late into the 4th when the offense played terrible. That’s insane. So aside from the corners, everything can be corrected if Day will let it.

So I like this team with a little time to rest up and playing with nothing to lose. They may not win, but I think they can give anyone a game.
