I see a lot of similarities between this year's Cal/Minn game and last year's Cal/Maryland game. West coast team, heavy favorite, playing an early game on the east coast. My gut says Minn will cover the 13.5, but this is a different Cal team this year. I'm not confident enough in it yet to bet it.

What are your thoughts on the Nebraska/Va Tech game? I like Neb +5 for some reason.

Gotta be honest I have a hard time seeing any real edge this week. That game is one I was looking at but I just can't get a feel for it. Honestly if I had to pick right now I'd go with VT-5 but I'm so wishy washy this weekend you might want to fade me.

30 points is a lot for Navy but then I look and see WKU as the #120 run defense/#118 scoring offense in the country and I'm thinking its worth a shot.

Cincinnati -725
Ohio State -550
Penn State -375
Florida State -550

All together, the payout is a little bit more than even money. ($50 ~ $51)

My reasoning:
-Cincinnati will win because Fresno State is coming from the West coast and playing an early game. Not sure Cinci would cover the -17, but they should win. If not, their fans will shut the fuck up and it's worth the money I bet.
-Ohio State should kick the dog shit out of Illinois.
-Even though they have lost 6 of 7, a night game at home should be enough to put it over the top for Penn St. I put in a prop bet that JoePa shits his pants during the 3rd quarter (-700 )
-Grothe is hurt, Florida State should take care of business.

Good Saturday, bad Sunday.

Got horse fucked by the sorry ass Cardinals not being able to score more than 10 points at home against the awsomeness that is the Colts defense. Anyway, moving on (not really I'm still steaming).

Tonight's game I once again am going with a 7 point teaser and making it Dal-1 and Over 41.5 for -130. I'm currently on a 3 game losing streak so this might just be fade material.

Considering 32 straight night home wins, Tenn held Fla to 23 points, and Tebow has a concussion, 9.5 points does seem like a lot.
