Just curious as to what others would do in my situation based on how you feel about tonight's game. At the beginning of the year, 5 of us threw in $20 and had a draft of cfb teams. I picked Alabama. As it stands, I get $80 if they win, $20 (my money back) if they lose. If you were me would you:

a. Let it ride on Bama
b. Do the smart thing and put $40 on LSU to win (using my online account), winning $40 no matter the outcome
c. Watch the first half, and place a halftime bet based on the score/momentum leading into the second half.

Usually, it would be a no-brainer to hedge and win some money either way, but my gut keeps saying it's going to be Bama. What would you do?

To me, $40 is a sack of meh. Getting your $20 back is a spoonful of whatever. Eighty dollars is almost enough for dinner for two at a nice place. I'd let it ride.

What's $20. I would let it ride. Plus, I think Alabama is going to win anyhow. There would not be any fun in the bet if you knew you were going to get your money back. The old risk and reward.

Anyone taking anything tonight? Vanderbilt's an ever-tempting Thursday night home dog, +6.5....

Going to take a shot on Wazzu @ BYU O 66

Air Raid/what's defense? Cougs vs senior QB Mormon Cougs

My concern is rain and BYU running the ball to keep WSU off the field.

Yeah, that's a lot of points. That's about all I have for you, I dont know a thing about the personnel Leach has to try to run that offense

SR QB and SO WR that went for over 1300 yards last year without Leach.

BYU also has a SR QB and potent offense.

The risk is BYU plays defense (at least by wide ass open west coast standards) and the weather.

I see a 42-35 game more likely than not but that's why they call it gambling, you never know what the hell is going to happen.
