Spent the day in Sushi's neck of the woods.... Jamaica Plain. Started off with brunch at a place called Centre Cafe, not bad, a lil overpriced. Then moved on to a Coffee shop called Veloria...they take coffee really serious, like fine red wine. They only deal with individual small coffee farms around the world. I had a pretty good Costa Rican french press. Then went across the street to Brendan Behan Pub, and drank beers for a couple of hours. Bad ass pub if you come to Boston. It's a dive, but they probably have about 20 great beers on tap. Chill enviroment where they allow you to bring in your own food, dogs and provide board games. All in all a relaxing Sunday.

Moving all of my mom's crap out of her assisted living apartment that I moved her into five months ago. :shake: I. Hate. Moving.

I hope that old woman packed her own stuff at least. That's the worst part about moving someone else, packing their shit cuz they are too damn lazy. Your mom isn't lazy, is she, Gator?

Do you mean the Centre Street Cafe? That place ALWAYS has a line outside. They apparently have amazing brunches.

The Brendan Behan is supposed to be great. They're one of the few bars that allow dogs. I can't believe we haven't been there yet. Our crappy bar down the street allows Barley to come in. They even keep treats for him behind the counter. :)

JP is a fun place! Now that we know we're staying in Boston, we're going to start looking to buy a condo in this area. We love it here.

I've been the "hoss" of my family since I was about....nine. I've helped every member of my family move at least three times. That's not including friends. Then, of course, when I need help moving, I manage to get ahold of one friend.

Since the Buckeye Scene is kind of down today I have conceded to take the wife down to her sisters in Marion for dinner. I guess it had to happen once this year, twice maybe, so I'm glad it will be done and over with.
