James Conner, star Pitt RB, diagnosed with cancer
James Conner‘s 2015 season was lost to a serious knee injury. Now, for the star Pittsburgh running back to make it back to the playing field, he’ll have to navigate a much more dire hurdle.
Friday afternoon, Conner revealed that he has been diagnosed with Stage 2 Hodgkin’s lymphoma in his neck and chest. Conner will begin treatment this coming Tuesday, a course that’s expected to take a period of six months.
