They didn't throw at McCutchen last night. I did like Hurdle's reaction, I think he's a great manager. But they didn't intentionally throw at Cutch.

You can speak ill of Dusty all you want..I'm not a Dusty fan. I'm a reds fan yes, but I'm not a believer in Dusty. I was just pointing out the fact that it makes zero sense to throw at Cutch in a 5-2 game, on a 2-2 count. I don't think that's thin skinned lol.

You're fine. I wasn't referring to you in that post. That one may not have been intentional but Chapman throwing one at his head last year, then running his mouth, spoke for itself.

I particularly like a reliever - who rarely, if ever, bats - doing that shit.

Haha yeah no doubt Chap threw at him...It'll be interesting to see if any "retaliation" comes tonight...I doubt it as every baserunner/run matters. Hoping they get the game in tonight...nobody wants a DH next thursday.

Jake-what are your thoughts on Hurdle as a manager? I would imagine you like him just wanted to see your thoughts. My dad is a lifelong Pirates fan (from P-Burgh) and LOVES him.
