Anyone else go to this concert back in the day?

More importantly has anyone managed to find a decent quality bootleg of the audio?

This concert was one of the formative moments of my teenage years and I've been wanting to listen to it again for a long...long time.

Yes...I almost remember it. I lived on Neil Avenue then and was less than a month away from graduating from tOSU. Good times.

I was there for the Ohio Stadium show. I was also at the Cleveland Municipal Stadium show the summer before. "The Delicate Sound of Thunder" is a live album/DVD they released from that same tour. As far as the exact concert, I can't be of much help.

I was 17...just ended my junior year of HS. I had been to plenty of concerts in my life already...but Floyd was another order of magnitude entirely.

I picked up Delicate Sound of Thunder on CD as soon as it was released....and I have it on LD as well (that's Laser Disc for all you youngins). I didn't know they had finally released it on DVD!

In 71 i purchased my 1st stereo/components system and the vinyl record that sold me on the system was "Pink Floyd" Dark side of the Moon. It was the 1st album i bought to play on my system. My Ex-wife thought it was dumb. What did she know. Now my son is 37 and he feels its one of the best records ever. I would have loved to hear them at the Shoe in 88. The sound system had to be the greatest huh?

Actually, looks like it hasn't. I see it for sale on Amazon but it doesn't appear to be an official release. There are a couple buyer comments about it being a bootleg.
