Koufos intends on trying out for the Greek Junior National team.

Got back from the scUM/OSU game. Looked for Koufos during the game behind the bench (where the recruits usually sit) but didn't see him. If he was indeed there at the game, he most likely paid for his ticket and sat elsewhere in the stadium, which pretty much validates the interest he has had all along with the team

I sit about 14 rows back of the Ohio State bench and I thought I saw him but i never truely saw his face. But there was definitely a 7 foot guy down there with dark hair. I couldn't see if he had anything on his knee though. Would he be wearing a knee brace or be on crutches after his injury?

If it was indeed him I would like to note he was wearing a whole lot of Ohio State clothing just like he was at the Michigan State game where I saw him.

Koufos averaged 15.3 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 3.7 blocks a game as a sophomore.

Maryland (early favorite), Duke, Miami (Fla.), Illinois, Michigan, Xavier, Akron, Notre Dame, Penn State, Purdue, Georgia Tech, Stanford, Princeton, Ball State, and Ohio State are all recruiting him.

Koufos has interest in Ohio State at this point.
can we update to 7-1 for height to reflect the change in the year?
also most places have him listed 240-250.

OhioPreps.....Koufos is still rehabing his injured foot. Kosta says he should be cleared to play in about 5 weeks. This summer he wants to play with the 18 and under Greek team and will also attend the Nike All-American Camp. Koufos will play on the AAU circuit with The King James Shooting Stars which also has another OSU target, Delvon Roe.

Is that the team that Lighty and Lauderdale played for last year? If so is Lauderdale playing for them again?
