People to Punch, Pet Peeves, and General Vexations (mega-merge)

I've worked with good sales people before. Those of you who bust ass are worth more than gold. Guys like the one I'm talking about don't even have a single sales objective for a phone call on Tuesday PM. Take an hour of my day and don't have an objective for the meeting? You've got to be fucking kidding me.

Aside from being a jerk on BP, if it isn't revenue generating-it waits until after five. I sat in training until noon today, I made $0.00. There's my pet peeve.

What? Nobody else has had anything stupid happen for the last month?

Well, I have. Get a vitamin supplement thru the mail...usually. Have gotten the same delivery from the same company for over a year. Have a mailbox stand with lock boxes barely 30 feet from my patio. Track the package online yesterday and it says it was delivered. Was away, so I did not check the mail until today. Go to the mailbox. Nothing in it--no key, no notice, nothing. Go back online today. Frigging USPS claims the package was not deliverable to a "secure location" and that they left a notice.

I had the postal service return one of those envelopes the electric companies include with your bill with the little little window for your name and their address already in the correct place. So I sent it again, they returned it again with a "no address" label on it. So I circled the address and wrote "deliver here".

Dumb shits.

:slappy: when the inserts aren't the right size sometimes the Addy disappears...I'm always afraid I'll get the same thing

Nope, it was easily visible. Nothing strange or unique about it. Either some smartass was trying to be funny or (more likely) their are dip[Mark May]s. My bill was almost late because of it.

Pay your bill online, you fucking Luddite.

It's machine sorted. Usually the remittance coupon is so much smaller than the reply envelope that the address will be hidden when the envelope has been jogged a certain way, or perhaps the address is visible and the bar code beneath it is not.

Anyhow Fungo is right (wow, can't believe I typed that)! Save a stamp, save a tree, and pay your bill online.
