I thought this was a thread about pet peaves. I listed mine. I'm sure there are people that are equally frustrated but just keep to themselves because of the arrogant attitude that is rampant on this board. I frankly could care less if you agree or disagree. Why is it that if someone disagrees with some of you they are told to look for the door? I don't like the "official thread" format on the main board and because of that I choose to not spend a lot of time there. I do think the "official thread" format works well on the recruiting board because everything revolves around one subject, whether they are coming to OSU or not. It doesn't bother me that you like it, why does it bother you that I don't? I disagree with your opinion, that doesn't make me the enemy. It just means I disagree.

He should be able to list a pet peeve w/o being jumped upon.

I think you're giving yourself too much credit here.... I don't think you're the enemy... and it doesn't bother me that you don't like the format of the Football Board as I could care less... just pointing out what you said yourself, if you don't like don't go there... if you want to voice your opinion about something on the site go to the admin forum and discuss it there.

NorthernBuck, I can understand your frustration, but I think the current format is the easiest way to keep the threads compact. The search function helps, so if you are looking for something specific, you might want to use that.

Amen. It's even worse when you're trying to avoid someone, then they call the house 20 times so you finally give in and answer, fearing there is an emergency or something, and they say "I just called to say hello." :shake:

Thanks OSUchick, but outside of this thread I don't want to cause a rukus. If most of the people coming here like that format then it should stay that way. I personally really, really don't like it and saw this thread as the appropriate place to voice that. I would be curious to see the outcome of a poll asking if the "official thread" format is what most people like. Not that I would expect it to change because of the outcome. I'm just curious.

I hate it when people think they know what the hell they're talking about and when you prove them wrong they get upset and try to make excuses to cover up for their stupidity. We have this dumbass here at work that thinks he knows it all. He was just bitching about the way a customer called in an order and said that he was gonna call and make this customer change it. When I told him that there was no right or wrong way he got all upset and defensive :lol: Fucking idiot.
