How many times did you hear the rumor that so-and-so's dental hygienist has a client who's a realtor in Upper Arlington, and the realtor is showing houses to Meyer's wife? I swear I heard that from 4-5 different people, and it's highly unlikely that those people talked to each other. Either Shelly had a lot of realtors, or that realtor had a lot of dentists.

Speaking of realtors, and this thread, how great is it when people pronounce "realtor" with an extra syllable? "Realitor"
How about adding a syllable to "jewelry"? "Jewelery"

It's even worse when it's a realtor calling themselves a real-a-tor. If you can't even pronounce your own profession, I'm going to be pretty skeptical of your abilities.

Also, it's athlete, not athalete. Way to many sports announcers say athalete.

I've never noticed anyone saying "athalete".
I wonder if I've been saying my title incorrectly. Is it "Engineer" or "Engneer"?

she found out it annoys me, so she does it more often
Yeah - don't tell me that something bothers you, or I'll do it more often. I won't even use it in a way that makes sense.
My brother hates "more unique", and "very unique". And, honestly, it makes you sound like you never passed the third grade. "Unique" means "one of a kind". There aren't different levels of one of a kind. A thing is either unique or it isn't.
So I'll poke the bear. "All of the beers in your fridge are the mostest unique beers I've ever seen."
