Can you be "on campus" and practicing if you haven't officially graduated high school, yet? What if he's been practicing and waiting to hear about results of some test he had to take over the summer? And while he waits, he's practicing. Or is that against all the rules?

I suspect he thought he'd be THE man on campus. And when he found out he wasn't, he figured he'd leave for somewhere he can be THE man. But that's just a wild guess. I don't know the guy at all.

So... the original poster links an article about how Sandusky was hailed as a saint when he retired in 1999. I didn't read it, but I guess it convinced some that he's innocent. Then he says... well... let me just copy/paste:

I'm not sure if "at the time" means 2011-2012, or 1999. "I could not believe how many at Penn State believed the media." Believed the media in 1999 or in 2011? I think he means in 2011 - the media in 2011. I take it to mean that the media was right in 1999 that Sandusky really was a saint, and the media was making up propaganda in 2011.
First reply is gibberish, from what I can tell.
Second reply says Sandusky is in prison where he belongs, and tries to turn it around on others, saying that Bo (Schembechler) should also be hated for the same reasons.

So this thread is starting off beautifully. You got the first guy thinking Sandusky was the victim of the press, the second guy doing his best Krusty the Clown impersonation during a baptism, and the third guy doing a backflip off the water slide trying to impress some girl he just met. Can it get any better?
Yes - the rest kinda start arguing that their Krusty impersonations are better. It becomes an argument about gun control, Trump, Afghanistan, and maybe one guy hip-checks the pope into a parking meter. A couple of attempts to point the fingers back at *ichigan, Ohio State, and Sparty.

This thread ought to be pretty good. Stay tuned.
