Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

So you believe that a court has never convicted an innocent person using your logic. Got it.

I seriously doubt that's what BKB had any intention of meaning....and in this case, despite the cult's best efforts otherwise, that certainly did not happen here.

Oh and JoePed absolutely knew. A small college town like State College - that dude knew EVERYTHING that was going on.

JoePA had more power than the university president. and I'd argue a number of political figures in PA. He definitely knew everything that happens in that small town. Cult leaders know about everyone and everything that happens within the cult

I know. I had to live in that godforsaken state for 14 years. Hell I even met the angry old bastard one time when he came to the shitty little town I lived in to dedicate the football stadium.

I would say that is true, but only because juries convict people, not courts. Do innocent people ever get convicted? Sure. It does happen. But, the criminal justice system is far better suited to discerning the truth than is some unchecked podcaster. Anyone can poke holes in any matter. It's as simple as saying that a prosecution, or a police investigation, or whatever you're trying to poke holes in, has to be held to a standard of absolute perfection and then, if it's not perfect, then it must be corrupt or somehow the fix is in. It's nonsense, of course. The standard isn't proof beyond all doubt.

I met him while I was in HS (about 15 years before the Sandusky shitshow came out) while he was recruiting one of my teammates

They proved that he knew. Those above him (Curley, Shultz, and Spanier) made a choice not to do anything about it. The sad part is that not only was Shultz was in charge of the PSU police department, but the PSU police has powers of arrest.
