Question: What was great about Ped State getting beat by Indiana and going 0-1?

Answer: They have a chance to go 0-2, 0-3, 0-4, and then 0-5; and have a losing record for 2020.

What a great time to be alive, when our biggest problem is that the BTN doesn't show Joe Paterno in the replays.

In my IMO, if this is true, I think someone wasted a lot of time to cut the footage to keep him out. Who cares if he's shown on the replay?
But, maybe it's worth it, since BWI has gotten so angry about it. They want to leave the Big Ten and this is another reason why.
Also, shout out to 1994 when the Big Ten voters didn't vote for Penn State to be #1. Of course, two important facts escape them: the Big Ten doesn't have any voters in the AP poll, and the AP voters who lived within the Big Ten footprint at that time voted for Penn State at pretty much the same rate as the voters in Pennsylvania.

I count 2 Nebraska votes (67%) in Pennsylvania, vs. 1 Penn State vote (33%)

I honestly couldn't give two shits less if someone at BTN went out of their way to edit out any shots of Joesus or if its just their victim mentality showing through. Either way, I'd be 100% in favor of BTN putting the shots back in, with Joesus' face pixelated - just so the cult knows for sure that it was done intentionally and they should go ahead and be pissed off about it. On top of that, I think the only game they should clearly show his face would be the sequence of the game where he pooped his pants on the way to the lockerroom and came out in the second half in different colored pants.

Agreed, but what other team would they have? Their blind loyalty to the program and feel of superiority over other programs wouldn't allow them to root for anyone else.
My boss(1 of them) is a massive Ped St fan(alum for undergrad AND grad school), and I constantly give him shit for no longer being a power and not being able to beat OSU. His only retort is that I didn't go to OSU :confused:, and mine is that the worst HC scandal we've had is tattoogate, yours is a false prophet who covered up a pedophile8D... Needless to say we don't have much conversations during CFB season :lol:


Btw he's the 2nd boss I've had that's a Ped St alum, and like my previous one, he also refers to ol Joe as(I kid you not) God, St. Joe or Joesus... No lie

1. I remember that there was talk of an "Eastern Conference" right before Penn State joined the Big 10- with Penn State, Pitt, Maryland, Syracuse, Boston College, Buttgers, West Virginia, and a couple other schools. Joe Paterno was the one who nixed that.

2. Spanier should have spent the rest of his life in prison.
