Eddie Sutton and his son move on to Oklahoma State while UK gets (appropriately) blasted.
At least there are "show cause" restrictions that the No Clue At All uses these days.

Apparently, Penn State fans hate Mark Dantonio. Who cares? I certainly don't. But I find it a bit funny. Anyway, so Dantonio hung up on a phone interview today, or yesterday, or sometime. The cult enjoys making fun of him for that:

One guy speaks out in defense of Dantonio:

Apparently you did not watch, or attend the 2008 game vs Michigan State at Beaver stadium, then. If you did, and you still "kinda like" him, then you're not a Penn State fan.

We kicked MSU's ass all over the field. Joe called time out in 4th quarter to get a standing O for one of the seniors.
Dantonio was pissed at that.
MSU called two timeouts with less then 30 sec left in game.
Total douche move by Dantonio.

I think we all know this, but I'll state it anyway: Penn State does not run up the score. A lopsided score in their favor is because they kicked your asses. On the other hand, if they lose with a lopsided score, it's called "running up the score." For a case study on this, compare 1994 OSU-PSU and 2013 OSU-PSU. Another, apparently, is 2008 vs MSU and 2015 vs MSU.

Edit: I originally had 2014 OSU-PSU game. 2013 was the game I was thinking about.

I'm from the Detroit area. Attended the game. Watching the taped post game interview with Dantonio by Channel 7 Reporter outside their locker room at Beaver Stadium. He was seething in my view. He did not say it but from this tone of voice (almost a hiss) he felt disrespected by the score and took it personally. Don't recall exact words but got the impression there would be payback in the future. May explain running up the score and having an offensive lineman score a TD in last years game as time ran out.

Go to about 7:50 on that video. Apparently, Michigan State had just scored and kicked off. Penn State returner lets the ball hit the ground, then he muffs the ball and Michigan State recovers at the 9. They're already up 48-16 with just under 10 minutes in the game. The next play call? Hand off to a center who is playing running back. It's not a trick play, other than that the running back is a center. Ha! I love it.

What are they bitching about? At least he didn't go for three...er...two on the after point.

What do they always say? Don't like the other team running up the score on you? DO something about it.

(Not that I'm forgetting our game against them last year. But, there's more than one person to blame for that outcome.)
