PSU's recruiting class has taken another hit, losing a QB to Florida.

CBS
FOS isn't even trying any more. They still have Skyler listed as a verbal for the NItts - when this hits might there be other fall-out? Skyler was being touted by FOS back in August as active in persuading prospects to commit to the PSU.

Wow...just wow!

You have to love OSU fans. Without question some of the most delusional and arrogant fans ever. I mean can you be any more pretentious than attempting to put THE in front of your name. The only thing missing is speaking of themselves in the third person. Which I am sure many do.

The way OSU fans talk you would think they have won like 10 national championships over the past two decades. Suffice to say, they only have 1 in the past 40 years. It really is funny watching them talk and post about how great they are with no means of justification. Ohio State, nice school, great veterinarian program, pretty good football & basketball program, that's it. Talk is cheap, lets see the rings.

A simple thank you Penn State would be just fine. Last I checked the Big Ten was basically irrelevant on the national scene until PSU showed up in 1993 and ran roughshot through the conference their second year. Essentially showing those midwesterners how it is done. Just more stuff JoePa gets no credit for.

I know everyone who likes OSU is optimistic about Coach Urban Meyer. But seriously if he doesnt win 10 games a year by year 3 he'll be fired. If he loses to Michigan 2-3 years he'll be fired. Every coach he faces will want to show him up cause he makes like 6 million a year.

Not sure what the appeal is for Reeves, Spence, and Williams. OSU brought in 3 defensive ends 2 local kids Pittman, and Washington, so someones gonna be the odd man out with Spence also in the fold. Same with OLB Perkins, and Perry also top 20 OLB, and their local guys so Williams could be the odd man out. I looked over OSU'S roster, and they had like 6 freshmen corners on their roster. So Reeves probably wont see playing time until atleast 2-3 years down the road. Penn State lost its entire secondary this year. So he woulda competed for playing time as soon as this year.

Anyway these are all facts. I hope these young men know what their getting into. This isnt high school, this is big time college football, and you dont just show up and start. This is a decision that could make, or break you. Ohio State has alot of young talent at all these positions on defense, and it will be tough for any of them to see the field there within the next 2-3 years. And if Ohio State is anything like USC then the guys from outside Ohio will get shafted for all the local instate players at their respective positions.

I hope they thought this through

Apparently roster depth means nothing to them...

Odd man out? Yeah, let me know how you guys feel when were rotating FRESH rush DE's in to kill Mr. Moxie.

Reeves not seeing the field until 2-3 years down the road? Look I know they are butt hurt that they lost players to the good guys, but don't be a douche. This kid, IMO will get some playing time next year with the current secondary situation at Ohio State. "These are the facts"

Well, Buckeye513 has to do what's best for Buckeye513. If Buckeye513 feels the need to put 'The' in front of Ohio State University to be the best Buckeye513 that Buckeye513 can be, then that's what Buckeye513 is going to do so that he can be a Buckeye513 for which all Buckeye513s around us, being one Buckeye513 to speak through Buckeye513 as a vessel to reach all Buckeye513s out there in the world, in a qualitative, Buckeye513-esque magnanimous display of Buckeye513-tude and quality that you can only find in Buckeye513.

You can't argue with facts! It's indisputable that those guys won't be on the field for 2-3 years. OSU will definitely play the local kids first...including those from Columbus suburbs like South Bend, IN.
