I can't quote chapter and verse on Joesus (or the other guy either), but it seems to me like he's saying a lot of things in Chapter 40, Verse 9, or is it Chapter 4, Verse 09? Didn't he have something to say in Chapter 40, Verse 8? And what about Chapter 29, verse 8?
And in my King Joseph edition of the book "beat Nebraska!" is followed by "And don't ruin any one's weekend." I think that's important because while the first part is about the goal and giving hope to the poor and the downtrodden, it's the last words that remind us of the sacredness of the extended sabbath and keeping it free of any notion of trouble in heaven and sodomy.

Is anyone keeping track of the various lawsuits? I'd like to know if anyone has actually filed a lawsuit against themselves yet.....
The cult keeps saying that they want the 3 amigos to go to trial. Do they really believe that any of those three morons are going to do the noble thing and fall on their sword for mighty PedState? They're going to point all fingers back at the dead guy and blame it all on Joesus, which will only infuriate the cult even more.......

Exactly.
I have been hoping since all this came out someone would be stupid enough to get this inside a courtroom in the hope of clearing Joe's saintly name.
I'd be willing to bet that old Mr Subpoena will not be kind to whats left of Joe Peds legacy.

But I agree with you. On the one hand, XYZ screwed the university, and he needs to pay. On the other hand, the university screwed Joesus, and they need to pay. Anything to clear Joesus. ANYTHING. Is there a font where each letter is bigger than the one before it? Anything.

BWI rumor has it that both Curley and Spanier were offered plea deals and rejected. That could also be the cult trying to paint the state's case as weak by starting a rumor that has no basis in fact.

I'm very late to the party, but I hear Penn State finally found a President -- Eric Barron.
Despite all the jokes, this seems like a really savvy move for them. I'm sure he can do a lot for Penn State and I can see exactly what Penn State's Board of Trustees would see in him. After all, Florida State was a lot more successful at covering up rapes during his tenure than PSU were.
