The two fat losers who run the site, tolerate the cult because all those premium memberships keep them from living in their mothers' basements. Seriously find a pic of them. Neither has ever touched a fucking football in their lonely lives.

The wonder is that Yahoo's lawyers allow it to exist. They've posted the home addresses of big ten refs, of their trustees and it only seems a matter of time before they do the same with those of the victims and their families. BWI is truly the dark underbelly of the interweb tubes. I've seen midget porn sites that had more integrity and humanity to them.

Tolerate or are part of the cult?

I actually think the bulk of "real world" PSU fans have actually moved on and are not particularly well represented by the cesspool that is BWI. But, the real irony is BWI is the PRECISE problem that PSU was lit up on. You'd think someone who "loves" PSU would figure that out and shut those goons down. But, alas, I have to assume McAndrew is himself a goon.

Yeah, that's a good catch. McAndrews and the other stooge are full blown cultists. It amazes me that the PSU administration hasn't cataloged and screen cap'd some of the nonsense and then had their lawyers take it to yahoo. Perhaps, they don't want to take the chance of the cult finding out they were responsible for the shutdown.

On the latter part, I'm not so sure. The alumni have done nothing but elect cultists to the BoT in two straight elections now. BWI might be a crazy cesspool of stupid, but on some innate level, I do believe that they are reflective of the overall Penn State culture.
